How can I track my order?

Have an account?

Login and head over to your Mini Story Co account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on it from there. 

Don't have an account?
You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will then appear under "My Orders".

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

Yes, you can cancel or update your order, including changing the shipping address, as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any changes you need to make. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

What is your return and exchange policy?

You may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you believe your item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, and return shipping costs will be covered by us. Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process a refund to the original method of payment within 3 business days. Exchanges will be processed promptly, and replacement item(s) will be shipped out as soon as possible.
