What are the delivery timelines for shipping?

With the Canada Post strike happening, we wanted to let you know that we’re still making sure your orders arrive safe and sound. We’re now switching to alternative shipping carriers with tracking for all orders, so no need to stress about delays! 📦🙌

Processing Times (1-3 business days) + Shipping Times = Estimated Delivery Range

Once processed, shipping times will depend on the selected shipping method and destination. Here's a breakdown:

Canada:

  • FREE Shipping (untracked): 3-10 business days
  • Canada Tracked Shipping: 3-8 business days
  • Express/Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days

United States:

  • FREE Tracked Shipping on orders over $35 USD.
  • US Tracked Packet: 3-9 business days
  • Express/Priority Shipping: 2-4 business days

Other International:

  • FREE Shipping on orders over $100 CAD.
  • Tracked Packet International: 10-20 business days
  • International Express Shipping: 3-9 business days

For orders shipping within the USA or Canada, there are no customs or duties. For international orders shipping outside of the USA or Canada, customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes incurred during shipping.

How can I track my order?

Have an account?

Login and head over to your Mini Story Co account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on it from there. 

Don't have an account?
You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will then appear under "My Orders".

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

Yes, you can cancel or update your order, including changing the shipping address, as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any changes you need to make. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Do you offer local pickup?

At this time, we do not offer local pickup. However, if you have a strict time frame for receiving your order, please contact us or let us know in the order note during checkout. We will prioritize your order as much as we can to accommodate your schedule.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number, and we will assist you in tracking your package.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping and special packaging options for an additional fee. You can select these options during the checkout process.

What should I do if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
